Evan is a 15 year-old clone of the super-villain Apocalypse. He can fly, shoot eye lasers, and transform his body. He was raised in an idealized VR version of Kansas to prove that nurture is more important than nature, so he's a bit naive and inexperienced. Evan's depiction in the comics is inconsistent, but you can assume he's ethnically Egyptian with red eyes, gray skin, and dark blue lips which appear to extend all the way up to his ears.
